Our Personal Trainers can provide you with the tools necessary to work towards your fitness goals. All of our trainers either hold a national personal training certification or are in-house certified working toward their national certification. You can learn more about each of our trainers by clicking here.
We offer one on one training opportunities as well as small group training options so you can train together with a group of friends.
Regardless of if you choose to take advantage of our services with one-on-one training or with a friend or two (or three), our knowledgeable Personal Trainers can help you in your quest to become a healthier you.
To begin working with a trainer, you will first need to complete a free Fitness Assessment ($25 value). Please complete the Health History Questionnaire and Personal Trainer Request Form and bring them to the Wellness Center within the Student Fitness Center today to schedule your free Fitness Assessment.
We also offer specialty small group training classes each semester! Check for upcoming events below.
