Group Fitness

Campus Recreation offers classes for all fitness levels. You can expect to be encouraged and challenged by our enthusiastic instructors! Each class is uniquely designed to give you a great workout and keep you coming back for more. Classes are free for all SFC members with the exception of our specialty classes. Class size may be limited due to equipment and space requirements, and instructors may not allow you to participate if you arrive late and/or miss the warm-up exercises. Campus Recreation reserves the right to cancel any class due to low attendance.

Specialty Class Date and Pricing

Belly Dancing
This 4 week class runs from January 25th to February 17th. Pre-registration and $5 (student)/$10 (member) class fee required. Sign up at the Student Fitness Center Reception Desk today!

Yoga
Pre-registration and a one-time $15(students)/$25(members) class fee required. Fee allows you to attend any style of Yoga classes offered. Sign up at the Student Fitness Center Reception Desk today!

Power Yoga
Pre-registration and a one-time $15(students)/$25(members) class fee required. Fee allows you to attend any style of Yoga classes offered. Sign up at the Student Fitness Center Reception Desk today!

Jiu Jitsu
This 6-week class runs from January 26th to March 3rd. Pre-registration and $8(students)/$12(members) class fee required. Sign up at the Student Fitness Center Reception Desk today!

Small Group Training
This 6-week class runs from January 27th to March 2nd. Pre-registration and $10(students)/$15(members) class fee required. Pick your preferred day upon registration. Limited space available. Sign up at the Student Fitness Center Reception Desk today!

FLEX-Ability
This 4-week stretching class is FREE but pre-registration is required. Class runs from February 1st to February 29th. Sign up at the Student Fitness Center Reception Desk or click HERE to register online.
