This year’s Senior Assignment Showcase will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2013, from 2-4 p.m., with a reception to follow.
The Office of Academic Innovation and Effectiveness sponsored last year's Senior Assignment Showcase on April 24, 2012, at the Morris University Center.
With more than 100 students representing 35 different departments and programs, the Senior Assignment Showcase illustrated the depth and variety of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville's Senior Assignment program. The Showcase included multi-media and poster presentations, readings, and jazz saxophone concert. A reception in which students were awarded Outstanding Senior Assignment certificates followed the afternoon's events.
SIUE’s Senior Assignment program has received national attention. Each Senior Assignment is uniquely owned by its department and program, and demonstrates what the University's baccalaureate graduates should be capable of achieving.
