This unit within The Office of The Registrar will determine the eligibility to receive educational assistance benefits for students. Benefits depend on your student status: full time, part time, or less than part time. Veterans’ benefits and certifications are processed in the Office of the Registrar. Please contact us if your status changes, your scheduled have been changed or if you want to withdraw from the University.

The Enrollment Certification department is responsible for reporting information on students’ academic record. A student may complete an enrollment certification form in the Service Center to request release to third parties any of the following information:
- Dates of Attendance
- Enrollment Status
- Degree and Honors Awarded
- Class Schedule
- Tuition and Fees
Specific items considered directory information, in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), may be released over the telephone.Additionally, students’ enrollment is reported to the National Student Clearinghouse 3-4 times per semester.
