The Service Center 

Customers needing assistance after hours should contact a Service Center representative at (618) 650-2080 or email servicecenter@siue.edu to make arrangements.

In this one location, SIUE students can find help with most of their admission- and registration-related business.
The Service Center, at the west end of the first floor of Rendleman Hall (Room 1309), offers the following services

• Staff assistance with web registration and schedule changes (adds, drops, withdrawals).  Click here to access registration form.

• Tuition calculation
• Bursar Satellite Cashiering Station offering most Bursar’s Office transactions (excluding picking up paychecks or refund checks, picking up a university key, or making department deposits)
• Cougar Card ID cards
• Cougar Card Debit Plan deposits
• CougarNet access to student records
• Student Job Finder access
• Transcript and enrollment certification requests
• Applications for admission (undergraduate and graduate)
• Applications for graduation
• Illinois residency applications
• Permanent Address, name and ID number changes
• Graduate records matters (Referrals for help with thesis, requests for policy exceptions, enrollment problems and other graduate student requests)
• Help understanding your SIUE bill
• Forms and general information related to a variety of undergraduate and graduate student concerns.

Please note:  VA Certification is in Rendleman Hall, Room 1207.

Most routine needs will be met in the Service Center. For questions or needs that cannot be met by the Service Center, students will receive a written referral to ensure they reach the person and office best able to help.  Email us with any questions at servicecenter@siue.edu.
