Lovejoy Library

Lovejoy Library is named after abolitionist newspaper editor Elijah P. Lovejoy. We know that a large library can be intimidating, so the library provides plenty of staff to help students find what they need and teach them how to use the library’s resources. The computer labs in the library are available for all students with a valid student I.D.

Lovejoy holdings include:

  • 800,000 volumes
  • 1,300,000 microforms
  • 540,000 U.S. documents
  • 150,000 maps and aerial photographs
  • 34,000 sound recordings
