For non--resident undergraduate students (including Missouri residents) taking 13 hours or more, add $435.65 per semester hour for continuing students, $335 per semester for newly entering fall 2004 students, $362.50 per semester hour for newly entering fall 2005, and $396.50 per semester hour for newly entering fall 2006 students, $396.50 per semester hour for newly entering Fall 2006 students, and $435.65 per semester hour for newly entering Fall 2007 students. For non-resident graduate students, add $590.65 per semester hour for tuition. Off-Campus students pay no fees except for a $169 per course delivery Fee, $6.20 per semester hour for the Information Technology Fee, and $15.75 per semester hour for the facilities Maintenance Fee. Tuition for out-of-state guaranteed/newly entering undergraduate and graduate students is 2-1/2 times the in-state rate for summer 2008.
