What is eTRACS?

This online program, ‘Electronic Transfer Assistance for Cougars,’ is designed to assist all entering transfer students in their transition to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.  eTRACS is a Blackboard- based course; Blackboard is an online program commonly used in SIUE courses.  eTRACS is broken into modules; it is expected that entering transfer students will complete the introductory module and module 1 prior to scheduling their first academic advising appointment.

How do I access and complete eTRACS?

1. Visit bb.siue.edu.
2. Login using your e-id username and password.
3. Open eTRACS course.
4. View modules by selecting them on left-hand toolbar.
5. Module is considered complete when quiz has been taken.

How will I use eTRACS?

eTRACS should be a great resource for you as you begin SIUE, but it will remain accessible as long as you are a student at SIUE.  Feel free to utilize it any time you need a ‘reminder’ of some introductory information or just a ‘connection point’ with SIUE faculty, staff, or students.
