Thank you for your interest in a group tour of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Please complete and submit the online Registration Form as soon as possible so that we may make arrangements for your group. Pay special attention to the section marked “Special Requests/Comments” to alert us to any accommodations your group might require.

Please choose three dates (Monday through Friday only) and times, ranking them in order of preference, so that we may correlate these with the schedules of the university facilities.

Due to the high volume of travel during our recruitment season, we can conduct group tours of the SIUE campus from December through July only. Once we receive your reservation request, we will send you a confirmation and program agenda.

Group Tour Policies

• Please provide the Office of Admissions one month’s notice for group tours of 50 students or more and at least two weeks’ notice for group tours of 50 students or fewer.
• List three possible group tour dates in order of preference on your registration form.
• Identify any special circumstances, needs, or requests for your visit.
• Please be on time for your visit. If an emergency occurs, notify us of your situation.
• Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact the Office of Admissions no less than 48 hours before your scheduled visit.
• Please let us know whether you will arrive at SIUE by bus or by van, so that we can arrange for parking.
