At Springboard to Success, you will be meeting with an Academic Advisor to plan your first semester of courses at SIUE. In order for you to register for the appropriate courses, your Advisor must have accurate and up-to-date academic information well in advance of your Springboard to Success session. In order to make sure your Advisor has the necessary information, please fill out this New Student Academic Information form. This form will be sent directly to your Academic Advisor. You will be notified who your Advisor is in your confirmation letter for Springboard to Success.
