window. Officers located the vehicle in lot 4D. He returned to the apartment while the Officer was getting
information from the caller. Since his DL is expired, he secured his vehicle and was escorted to Walmart in

consumption by a minor. Due to the level of intoxication of English, a parent was contacted to pick him up at the
