someone broke in to 412. He said that he heard the window open, looked outside and saw it open. He then
walked outside and noticed that the window was then closed with the curtains drawn. Officers spoke with the
reporting party and had him point out the specific window. Officers knocked on the door and spoke with
female subject who explained that she had locked herself out and crawled through the window to get in.
Officers told her that next time she can call an RA on duty and they will be able to let her in. Nothing further.
