campus and told not to come back or he would be arrested for trespassing. An existing Persona Non Grata
for Garry M Ellison from 1995 was found and verified. Edwardsville Officers located and detained Garry
Ellison for SIUE Officers. Ellison was arrested for criminal trespass to state supported property and taken to
the SIUE PD for photographing, fingerprinting, and processing.
Unable to post bond, Ellison was taken to the Madison County Jail.
