has a tatoo of a phoenix on his upper right arm and the word "Loyalty" on the left side of his neck. She denied

and ILREG 43849Y (TK), with Unit 2 vehicle rolled over. No injuries, no road blockage. Cross Towing towed
both vehicles. Fire Department was dispatched, due to gas leaking on the roadway. The Fire Department
flushed the gas with water and secured the scene before departure. State citation issued to Harberl, Melissa J
for failure to yield at an intersection.
