First Time Login:
If you are a first time user to “PEMS” login as follows:
User ID: This is your first name (followed by a period) and your last name. (i.e. Jim.Smith). This section is NOT case sensitive. The user name will be the same one submitted to SIUE with your site profile. For example, if your name is Patricia but you prefer to be called “Pat” and sent your Preceptor contact information as “Pat Smith” then your User ID will be Pat.Smith.
Password: The initial password is set to “Password” (no quotes) with a CAPITAL “P”. PEMS will prompt you to change your password before your proceed when you login for the first time.
Forget your password? Trouble logging in? Should this occur contact Donna Boyer in the Experiential Education Office (618-650-5126) or dboyer@siue.edu. Your User ID will remain the same. However, we cannot view your password so it will be reset to the default “Password”. After the password is reset, follow the instructions above when you login the first time.
Change a Site Profile or Site Contact Information
The home screen for your site displays the information that has been loaded in PEMS concerning your site. If your information changes or is incorrect contact Donna Boyer in the Experiential Education Office (618-650-5126) or dboyer@siue.edu. The necessary changes will be made so the correct information displays on the screen and is available to students and SIUE School of Pharmacy faculty.
