Practice site information:
My current practice site is with the Belleville Family Health Center in Belleville, Illinois. This wonderful family medicine clinic is home to the St. Louis University School of Medicine Community and Family Medicine Residency. Truly a melting pot, this service is a joint effort between SLU School of Medicine, Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation, St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, and the United State Air Force. With over 60 physicians combined, this health center has a patient panel of close to 30,000 (military and civilian). I currently operate a chronic pain service within the center and take PharmD students on APPE rotations and medical residents during their behavioral health block.

Other:
My current focus is in the organization of a profession wide summit to address the barriers and shortcomings of the current educational offerings in the field of pain and palliative care for pharmacists and pharmacy students.
