The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) provides a clear and comprehensive national mandate for the elimination of discrimination against individuals with disabilities. This training program covers the basic requirements of the ADA, including providing "reasonable accommodation" and avoiding ADA complaints.
