Consultations & Professional Service

  • St. Clair County Health Department, Belleville, Illinois, Summer 2003
    • Responsibilities: Developed marketing materials and revised operational procedures related to Targeted Intensive Prenatal Case Management Program. Developed and organized a resource manual of low literacy written materials on 30 high-risk prenatal conditions for use by nurse case-managers.
  • St. Clair County Health Department, Belleville, Illinois, Summer 2001
    • Responsibilities: Conducted focus groups to determine parents’ knowledge and attitudes towards immunizations. Developed parents’ survey regarding preschool immunizations. Developed and piloted education messages addressing perceived barriers and misconceptions about immunization based on survey and focus groups.
