Welcome to SIUE! Join us on Sunday, Jan. 13 for The SIUE Experience–Winter Welcome.
During Winter Welcome, you will have the opportunity to connect with faculty, staff and students, and you'll learn what it takes to have a successful semester at SIUE. All new students are expected to attend Winter Welcome in order to complete the final steps before officially becoming a Cougar!
Department representatives will be available to help you with the following:
- Technology setup (e-ID, email and CougarNet)
- Textbook rentals
- Cougar Card
- Parking permit
- Classroom locations
- Financial aid
- Health Service (immunization record submission)
At 2 p.m., you'll have the opportunity to ask questions of a graduate faculty panel and learn about graduate course expectations, as well as working with a faculty mentor/advisor. At 3 p.m., the Graduate School will give a presentation about resources available specifically for graduate students.
