A copy of the departmental approval form, which may include any conditions pertinent to your admission status, is available to print within the SIUE Application Center. I encourage you to contact your program advisor as soon as possible to begin planning your program of study and enrollment. 

Please be advised of the following requirements and restrictions to continue in the combined bachelor's and graduate degree program:

• Maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Complete your bachelor's degree within one academic year of approval to the combined bachelor's and graduate degree program
• Any other requirements as listed on your departmental approval form
