ANNOUNCEMENTS

If you are looking to stay employed with us for the Spring 2017 semester, you DO NOT need to fill out another application. Visit the Student Personnel Office to pick up an “Availability Form” that you must complete in order to be eligible to work for us. In addition to this form, you must also submit your “Week at a Glance Schedule”. No availability forms will be accepted without a Week at a Glance class schedule attached. Submit both forms to the Student Personnel Office.

Timeline: 

October 17, 2016: Seniors can begin to submit their *Availability Form* and Week at a Glance class schedule.

October 24, 2016: Juniors can begin to submit their *Availability Form* and Week at a Glance class schedule.

October 31, 2016: Sophomores can begin to submit their *Availability Form* and Week at a Glance class schedule.

 November 7, 2016: Freshmen can begin to submit their *Availability Form* and Week at a Glance class schedule.

If you are graduating this semester, please do not forget to turn in your two-week notice and come into the office to sign paperwork.

Student Supervisors: If you are currently a student supervisor during this Fall semester (2016) you will need to talk to your supervisor in your area to confirm this status for Spring semester (2017). You will then both need to come to our office to confirm and sign paperwork because we will need to schedule shifts next semester.

To apply to Dining Services as a Student Employee please:

1) Access your 'Week at a Glace Schedule' from Cougarnet for the semester you wish to work and include it in your e-mail
-Without the schedule your application will not be considered
-Screenshots are accepted

2) Fill out our Student Application 
-Save the .pdf to your computer first, then fill out
-Only one will be accepted per semester and be used for all Dining Service areas
-None will be recieved before registration opens for the semester you are applying

Once hired:


1) Please review our Ethics Form.

2) Print and sign the last page (#22)
