Marketing and Communications

Beth earned a bachelor’s in business, with a marketing emphasis, at the University of Northern Iowa. Her 16-year marketing and communications career includes experience in health care, parks and recreation, utilities, manufacturing and publishing, but Beth says higher education is “definitely her favorite place to work!” Her diverse background in marketing; advertising and public relations planning; writing; creative concept development; project management; media relations; event planning and Web site content development enables her to collaborate with the University’s college, schools and major units to achieve integrated marketing objectives.
