Woodland Hall opened in 1994 and houses all levels of undergraduate students. It is home to about 500 residents and features a 24-hour computer lab, laundry, and an activity wing. Like Bluff and Prairie Halls, rooms are set up in suite-style formation, with four residents in two rooms sharing a bath. All rooms have two data jacks for easy computer hook-up as well as a telephone jack. Beds raise high enough for dressers to fit under them and also are bunkable. Each room is has a smoke alarm and sprinklers.
Woodland is home to the Residence Housing Association office, who provides programs and funding for programs to the Hall Councils and residents in University Housing. The group also acts as an advisory board to the Director of University Housing.
Woodland's activity wing accommodates student activities in the multifunction, conference, and meeting rooms.
