Katherine Dunham Hall houses the departments of Theater and Dance, Music, and Mass Communications. Plays, musicals, recitals, band concerts and choral clinics are held here. Students make make use of the building's TV studio, multimedia computer lab, video editing lab and photojournalism dark room.
A computer writing lab is available on the second floor. The Office of Information Technology and WSIE-FM, one of the top Jazz stations in the United States, are located in the lower level of Dunham Hall.
