Laboratory Incubator, which is designed to help remedy the shortage of multi-tenant wet lab buildings in the St. Louis area. The building will provide individual wet labs to house up to 12 entrepreneurial companies engaged in biological, chemical, biochemical, and life science research. It is anticipated that this building will be ready to accept its first tenants for the summer of 2005. The addition of this facility complements the cluster of ag-biotech and life sciences assets already accumulating in University Park, and it will hopefully pave the way for opening more wet lab buildings.
