Remote Storage Retrieval Request: Journals

• This form is for retrieval of journals only. Another form is available to request books and documents.
  
• If you need assistance, contact the Lovejoy Library Information Desk at 618-650-4636.
  
• Up to seven items may be requested per form.
  
• Items requested for retrieval will be available by 2:00 p.m. on the following day.
  
• Incomplete or incorrect information will delay your request.
  
• Items not picked up within 7 days will be returned to storage.
