- Only SIUE books and government documents that are located in Lovejoy Library's remote storage facility may be requested using this form.
- Another form is available to request journals (also called periodicals or magazines) that are in storage.
- Check SIUE Catalog to confirm that the SIUE location is STORAGE.
- If you need assistance, contact the Lovejoy Library Information Desk at 618-650-2615 before completing this form.
- Items in red are required.
- Up to five items may be requested per form.
- After you send this request, an acknowledgment will appear on your Web browser screen.
- Items requested for retrieval will be available by 2:00 p.m. on the following day.
- Incomplete or incorrect information will delay your request.
- Items not picked up within 7 days will be returned to storage.
