<p>If you do not already have a <strong>RefWorks</strong> account, click <strong><a href="https://www.refworks.com/Refworks/newuser.asp" target="_blank">Sign up for an individual account</a></strong> and follow the steps.</p>
<p>1. From the <strong>search results</strong> list, click <strong>detail</strong> next to the reference to <strong>export.</strong></p>

<p>4. When prompted to log into <strong>RefWorks,</strong> enter your</p>

<li><strong>Login ID</strong></li>
<li><strong>Password</strong></li>
<li>Click <strong>Login</strong></li>

<p>6. Select the <strong>appropriate citation style</strong> from the drop down menu. If uncertain, select <strong>MLA 6th edition.</strong></p>
<p>7. Specify a <strong>folder</strong> (if any) where the entry will be placed.</p>
<p>8. Select the <strong>type</strong> of reference you are entering. Ex: journal article, book, newspaper article, etc.</p>
<p>9. Select whether the source is <strong>print</strong> or <strong>electronic.</strong></p>

<p>11. Click <strong>Save Reference.</strong></p>

<li>Viewing the <strong>folder</strong> the reference was saved in.</li>
<li>Viewing the <strong>References not in folder</strong> option under <strong>View.</strong></li>
<li>Viewing the <strong>Reference List</strong> by clicking <strong>Back to Reference List.</strong></li>
