How Do I Perform a Title Search in the SIUE Catalog?
The title search allows you to search for a word or words in a title or a book, magazine, journal or newspaper.
- In the "Search" box, type the title of the resource.
- Omit initial articles (“a,” “an,” or “the”).
- From the "within" menu, choose either "Title or "Journal/Magazine Title".
- Click the "Search" button.
- View the results.
- To perform a more specific search using both the author and title, use the Advanced search tab.
