High School Outreach Instruction Arrangements

• Submit a request form.
• Sessions should be arranged by the high school librarian. If the teacher prefers to book the session, he/she should inform the school librarian to ensure that all potential library resources in the high school have been consulted.
• Sessions must be booked at least two weeks in advance.  Every effort will be made to accommodate your visiting class; however, Lovejoy Library reserves the right to decline requests if there are scheduling conflicts or insufficient notification time for necessary arrangements. 
• Scheduling conflicts do arise; consider alternate dates and times.
