To schedule library instruction for upper-level undergraduate or graduate courses, contact the appropriate subject librarian.
Instruction is provided to general education classes. The Library Instruction Classroom is restricted to instruction sessions conducted by library faculty and staff. Advance reservation is required.
In the event of scheduling conflicts, the following order of precedence will be observed:
Instruction Program sessions
Subject-related instruction led by library faculty
Library-related events such as meetings and workshops
Tours for non-SIUE groups
Faculty may schedule computer classrooms similar to the Library classroom. To schedule these rooms, contact Vicki Kremer at (618) 650-5234 or via email at vkremer@siue.edu.
Instruction participants are expected to be punctual and to behave in a manner suitable both in the library and to an instruction session.
