Cougar Cards are used in printers and photocopiers throughout campus. (A coin-operated printer is available on the first floor of the Library; all photocopiers will accept change.) Students can add money to or check the account balance of their Cougar Cards at the CSVT (Card System Value Terminal) Machine located on the first floor of Lovejoy Library. Additional CSVT Machines are located in all Residence Halls and the Cougar Village Commons Building. Deposits to Cougar Cards can also be made at the Service Center.
Step One
Press the "Start" button.
Step Two
Choose "Deposit Cash to Account" from main menu.
Step Three
Insert and remove Cougar Card.
Step Four
Insert bill or bills until desired amount is reached. Money can be added in $1, $5, $10, or $20 denominations.
Step Five
Press the "Done" button.
Step Six
Remove receipt.

Problems with Cougar Cards should be reported to the Service Center in Rendleman Hall (Room 1309).
