Dictionaries - GIS and Mapping This online dictionary of GIS terms is sponsored by the Association for Geographic Information and the University of Edinburgh Department of Geography. The dictionary includes definitions for 980 terms compiled from a variety of sources and is supplemented by 52 diagrams.
