WHEN COPYING AND PASTING TEXT INTO LUMINIS...
ALWAYS USE 'Paste as Plain Text' in the 'Edit' pulldown menu.
Failure to use the 'Paste as Plain Text' option could result in file errors and the inability to edit your document in the future.
Click the "insert hyperlink" button and in the URL field you can add multiple email addresses by adding a comma between the email addresses in the mailto: script. It should look something like this:
mailto:name@domain.com, bob@here.com, sue@there.com
- Make sure you have saved AND submitted all of your images. If your changes haven't appeared online after 20 minutes, contact us.
- Also, always make sure you submit your images as soon as you import them.
- Right click on your image within the WYSIWYG editor, then select 'Image Properties'.
- Choose an option from the 'Align' drop down menu (left, right middle, top or bottom). The text will then be wrapped around the image and the image will be placed on the page where you selected.
- In the WYSIWYG editor, place your cursor where you want your image to go. Insert a one-row, one-column table that is narrower than the image you want to insert.
- Give the table a border of '0', a padding of '10', and align the table to be 'left' or 'right' if you want the text on your page to flow around the table and image.
- Insert your image inside of the table you just created.
- We recommend giving the image a 1px border to give the image a clean edge.
- Yes, however...anchors are called "Bookmarks" in Luminis.
Your link will be: #link name
Your target (bookmark) will be: link name
***NEVER, use numbers when labling and linking Bookmarks within Luminis. This will make your document inaccessible! An alternative to using numbers would be typing out the number, as in: 'three'....not '3'.

- Mozilla Firefox
You may have an error in your code that is preventing you from opening the file.
- Click on the 'i' icon (document properties), and rename the document so '_old' is at the end of the file name. (ex: 'documentname_old'.
- Create a new document using the original file name.
- Copy your information from the old document to the new document.
- If you need to add subdirectories within your site, contact Curt Price or Mark Dorris in the FTC.
- Log out of Luminis and log back in, and try it again.
- Highlight the text that you want to make a link.
- Click on the 'Insert Hyperlink' button.
- In the 'URL' field, type: mailto:email@email.com
(in place of email@email.com, use the email you want to link to)
