 Who can enter:

Juniors and seniors from Illinois high schools in Bond,

Calhoun, Clinton, Greene, Jersey, Macoupin, Madison,

Monroe, Montgomery, St. Clair or Washington Counties

Deadline: Postmarked by February 12, 2010
