Can a student drop off or pick up my AVS Production work order?
To place the order, the faculty or teaching assistant must sign the work order in person at the Production Services office. A student or staff may pick up the order after the work is complete.
Can a student or staff order and pick up media or equipment?
Faculty or staff must order the media or equipment, by phone, in person, or online. A student may pick up the equipment or media with the faculty/staff member's ID and a signed proxy form. Refer to Proxy Borrower Authorization for more details.
Can students check out media for personal viewing?
Current students may checkout up to two titles for a maximum of 7 days. Media may be ordered in person, by phone or online. A current student ID is required for the checkout.
