Distinguishing Your T's, F's, and R's: An Overview of NIH Training Mechanisms

Issues specific to NIH training grants will be discussed--including institutional training awards under the auspices of the Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Awards (T and F mechanisms), the Cancer Education Grants Program (R25 mechanism), awards to promote diversity in health-related research (F31 fellowships), and Minority Access to Research Careers (MARC) programs. The format will include presentations followed by a question/answer session.
