1. Create an account in Aceweb. In order to facilitate online registration and payment for your group, please designate a contact person and create an account using Aceweb, administered through the SIUE Office of Educational Outreach. This account will enable you to register for the conference and make quick payments for your group online.
b. Click “Create an account” to create your user account. The person listed under this
account will be considered the main contact for the group registration
c. Fill out your information on the page called “Add New Account.”
d. Once you receive an e-mail confirmation of your account registration, you may log in to
register for the LINC conference.
2. Register your group for the LINC Conference
a. Log in to Aceweb
b. Under “Courses” left menu, click “by Group”
c. Click “Conference”
d. Click “LINC 2011”
e. Click “Enroll yourself”
f. Follow the instructions for enrolling in the conference
g. When asked how many seats you would like to reserve, indicate the number of people
you would like to register for the conference. Conference organizers will follow-up with
an e-mail to receive the names of the individuals you have registered with your group.
h. Click “Finish Registration.”
3. Make an online payment
a. Aceweb will enable you to make one payment for any number of seats reserved in your group.
b. Follow the instructions to make an online payment for the number of seats you have reserved.
c. Please keep a copy of your registration confirmation for your records.
4. Inform Conference Organizers of the names of your group registrants. SIUE Office of Educational Outreach will follow up your group registration with a confirmation e-mail and ask you to provide the names of the individuals in your group. The Office of Educational Outreach will then be able to confirm the registrations of each individual from your group.
