This module familiarizes participants with sources of conflict and how differences can be resolved in an appropriate manner. An area of emphasis in this module is the development of effective negotiation skills.

This will be done through the use of StrengthsQuest software. **Students must pre-register for this session by emailing Michelle Welter at and taking a pre-assessment.
