Participants learn to recognize, to assess, and to reduce stress in their personal lives and in work groups for which they are responsible as leaders. Participants will play an interactive game designed to give players an understanding of the roles of different cultures in everyday life.  Participants will be asked to evaluate their attitudes and behaviors toward others, build awareness of other cultures, and examine cultural stereotypes.

Participants will increase self-awareness, deepen knowledge and appreciation of others' talents, learn how to form and maximize teams, and learn how to help others to affirm, develop, and apply their talents. This will be done through the use of StrengthsQuest software.
**Students must complete an online assessment prior to this session.  Contact the Kimmel Leadership Center to receie the log-in information no later than March 19.  Students who do not complete the online assessment prior to attending the session will not receive credit for this module.
