Getting Involved

Student Government encourages all students to get involved in campus life whether it be through a student organization, intramural sports, or through a Student Government committee. 

University-wide Committees   

Currently, there are over fifteen University-wide committees that have student representatives.  You may view the complete list of available committees by clicking the link below.

Also included in this list are the three Student Government subcommittees.  These subcommittees include Finance Board, Student Organization Advisory Board, and the Public Relations Committee. 

Applying

Students interested in getting involved in Student Government are encouraged to apply to serve on a committee.  This is a great way to learn more about Student Government and to gain experience necessary to adequately serve the student body as a Student Senator or Executive Board member in future years.  Click on the link below to download the Committee Member Application.

Are you dedicated, responsible, hardworking, and passionate?  If so, apply for our a student senator position, today!  Student Senate currently has a vacancy and we are accepting applications.  Please print out the form below and submit it to the Student Government office in the Student Success Center before 4 PM on Wednesday, October 28, 2009.
