The processes for joining a fraternity or sorority at SIUE is one of mutual selection. You get to know the members of the organization, and they get to know you. The recruitment structures differ according to which of the governing councils (IFC, NPHC or PHC) a particular group falls under. But while their may be some differences in the process, a few basic rules apply: keep an open mind, ask questions, meet as many people as you can, and most importantly, BE YOUR SELF!
