Formal recruitment for the three Collegiate Panhellenic Council sororities takes place during the Fall Semester ( September 19-14, 2013). Formal recruitment gives interested women a chance to meet all three sororities and decide which organization would be the best fit for them. Events are held each night, with potential new members visiting each chapter for a set length of time. Recruitment ends with Bid Day on Saturday, September 14, where you will join your new sisters for a day of fun!
• There is a $30 registration fee for Sorority Formal Recruitment that is due by September 10, 2013.
• Any woman who wishes to participate in Sorority Recruitment must have a minimum 2.7 high school (for first semester freshmen) or college GPA to be eligible to participate. If you are a transfer student, be prepared to bring a copy of your transcript from your previous school.
• Please make arrangements to attend as many nights of recruitment as you possibly can. Missing multiple recruitment events may negatively impact your chances of receiving a bid to join the sorority of your choice.
