If you plan to transfer from SIUE to another U.S. university, you must complete the form to notify your intent to transfer and to indicate the university to which you intend to transfer. Your transfer university will not be able to issue you a new I-20 until the transfer release date.
Important:If you decide to cancel your university transfer, you must notify International Student Services before your transfer release date. Once the transfer date has been reached, SIUE will no longer have access to your SEVIS record.
