The benefits of Summer Bridge are enormous in light of its impact on your future success as a college student. The Bridge will give you a head start in making the social and academic transition to college. You will become familiar with the campus, and meet other students, faculty, and staff. You will also experience the demands of college studies and college life, get an assessment of your academic skills, enhance your study skills, and learn to set priorities. Bridge students earn 3 units of academic credit toward graduation for successfully completing the program.
Students selected for Bridge are required to make a commitment for the entire length of the program: June 13 through July 26, 2013.
