Costs

The cost of study at SIUE is competitive and is the lowest among public institutions in Illinois. Because we are located in an area that is outside a city center, the cost of living in Edwardsville is lower than many areas of the United States.

Tuition for summer session courses is $579 per credit hour. Mandatory fees are approximately $360 per 3-hour course for summer.

Undergraduate students must enroll in 12 or more credit hours in fall and spring semesters. Exceptions to this must be approved by an International Student Adviser.
