Unfortunately, SIUE does not have an Intensive English Language Program at this time. There are universities in the St. Louis area that offer intensive English, including St. Louis University.

International students applying for undergraduate study at SIUE are not required to take the SAT or ACT.
Many graduate programs have additional testing requirements for consideration of an application. A full list of graduate programs and their testing and admissions requirements can be found here.

Unfortunately, SIUE does not have financial aid available for undergraduate international students.
International graduate students can apply for graduate assistantships and are eligible for the Competitive Graduate Award.
