Topics will include promoting a sense of membership and oneness, communicating values and beliefs, and fostering positive relationships. Discussion will center on how to create and maintain a healthy department climate and culture. Each participant will conduct a very brief survey with the faculty in their department prior to arriving at the session. Participants will work together to reflect on their findings and develop action plans for moving forward.
