Evaluation of colleagues is an aspect of the job that can be difficult for a variety of reasons. This session will focus on issues such as utilizing continuous evaluation processes, communicating decisions with consistency and clarity, providing formative feedback for improvement, making difficult decisions, and documenting faculty performance.
