
HIRING UNIT: SCHOOL OF DENTAL MEDICINE
TITLE/RANK: Assistant/Associate Professor (depending upon qualifications)
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Full-time, continuing, tenure-track position is available in the Department of Growth, Development and Structure, Section of Anatomy, beginning July 1, 2009. Teaching responsibilities will include directing a course in Histology, Neuroanatomy, or Oral Histology and assisting in teaching Gross Anatomy. The candidate is expected to be active in dentally related research.
TERMS OF APPOINTMENT: Full-time, continuing, tenure-track position.
SOURCE OF FUNDS: State
SALARY RANGE: Commensurate with qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Applicants must have a Ph.D. or Ph.D./DMD/DDS. Postdoctoral training and prior teaching experience in the anatomical sciences are desirable.
