HIRING UNIT: SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING
TITLE/RANK: Lecturer/Instructor (Various)
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Periodically, the School of Engineering may have various openings throughout the year (AY 2012-2013 and summer 2013) for various full time, non-tenure, academic year or academic year term instructor appointments and part-time, non-tenure, semester term Lecturer appointments in any of the following School of Engineering departments: Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Construction, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
TERMS OF APPOINTMENT: Academic, non-tenure, term, percent of appointment varies.
SOURCE OF FUNDS: State and/or Extramural awards
SALARY RANGE: commensurate with training and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: An advance degree in relevant discipline of instruction or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in course content and fluency in English language are required for appointment carrying teaching responsibilities.
